DOBBY CANVAS Inc. ("Company") complies with the Personal Information Protection Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and other applicable laws of the Republic of Korea. This Privacy Policy establishes and discloses the Company's practices for protecting Users' personal information and their rights across all services.

This Policy applies to all services operated by the Company, including the Dobby Canvas App, God of a Ruined World, The Irregular Empress, Ghost Hotel, Sunlit Catelier, Dobby AI Notes, Dobby AI To-Do, Dobby News, K-Pop News, and the Company website.

Article 1. Personal Information Collected and Collection Methods

1. Services Requiring Account Registration (Dobby Canvas App, I Became the God of a Ruined World, Dobby AI Notes)

※ For detailed data collection and processing policies of Dobby AI Notes and its Chrome Extension, please refer to Article 14 (Special Data Policy for Dobby AI Notes and Chrome Extension).

2. Services Not Requiring Account Registration (Dobby News, K-Pop News)

No account creation is required. Users access these services in a non-identified state via Firebase Anonymous Authentication. User preferences and subscription status are stored locally on the device.

※ Ghost Hotel and Sunlit Catelier are likewise played without account registration, using an anonymous account, but game progress is stored on our servers. For their detailed data collection and processing policies and account deletion procedure, please refer to Article 15 (Accounts and Data Handling for Ghost Hotel and Sunlit Catelier).

※ Dobby AI To-Do is used with a Google or Apple account or as a guest (an anonymous account), and the content users enter, such as to-dos, is stored on our servers. For its detailed data collection and processing policies and account deletion procedure, please refer to Article 16 (Accounts and Data Handling for Dobby AI To-Do).

Article 2. Purposes of Collecting and Using Personal Information

3. Payment Processing: Paid service billing, subscription management, refund processing
4. Service Improvement: App performance and stability improvements, feature usage analysis, new service development
5. Marketing: Event notifications, ad delivery optimization (only with consent)
6. Legal Obligations: Legal dispute resolution, record retention as required by law

Article 3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

The Company destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of collection and use has been achieved. However, the following records are retained for the specified periods as required by applicable laws:

Firebase Analytics data is retained for 14 months from the date of collection. Firebase Crashlytics data is retained for 13 months from the date of collection.

Personal information of members who have not used the service for more than one year is stored separately in a dedicated database and destroyed 4 years after separation.

Article 4. Destruction Procedures and Methods

1. Procedures: Personal information whose purpose has been achieved is transferred to a separate database and destroyed after a specified storage period in accordance with internal policies and applicable laws.
2. Methods:
   • Electronic files: Deleted using technical methods that prevent recovery
   • Paper documents: Shredded or incinerated

Article 5. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

The Company does not, in principle, provide Users' personal information to third parties. However, the following exceptions apply:

1. When prior consent has been obtained from the User
2. When provided in a form that does not identify specific individuals for statistical or academic purposes
3. When the service provider changes due to business transfer or merger (with prior notice)
4. When required by law or requested through legal procedures for investigative purposes

The Company does NOT sell, trade, or rent Users' personal information to third parties.

Article 6. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing

The Company outsources personal information processing for service operations as follows:

The Company specifies provisions related to personal information protection in outsourcing contracts (prohibition of processing beyond purpose, technical and managerial safeguards, outsourcing period, liability for damages, etc.) and supervises compliance by service providers.

Article 7. User Rights and How to Exercise Them

1. Users (or legal representatives) may exercise the following personal information protection rights at any time:
   • Request to access personal information
   • Request correction of errors
   • Request deletion
   • Request suspension of processing
2. Rights may be exercised via email to the Customer Center (contact@dobby-canvas.com), subject to identity verification.
3. If a User requests correction of errors, the Company will not use or provide the information until the correction is complete.
4. Non-member (anonymous authentication) users may disable analytics data collection through their device settings.

Article 8. Cookies

1. The Company uses cookies to provide customized services to Users.
2. Cookies are small text files sent by a website to the User's browser and stored on the User's device.
3. Users may refuse or delete cookies through browser settings. However, refusing cookies may limit the use of certain services.

Article 9. Advertising and Tracking

1. Free services may include advertising through Google AdMob. Paid subscribers may enjoy an ad-free experience.
2. When Users view rewarded ads, the device's advertising identifier (IDFA/ADID) may be shared with Google AdMob and its advertising partners for ad delivery and measurement purposes.
3. The Company uses Adjust SDK to collect anonymized attribution data for marketing performance analysis.
4. Users may reset their advertising identifier (ADID/IDFA) or disable personalized advertising through their device settings.

Article 10. Measures to Ensure Personal Information Security

The Company implements the following measures to securely manage Users' personal information:

1. Administrative measures: Minimizing personnel handling personal information and conducting regular training
2. Technical measures: Anti-hacking software, data encryption (SSL/TLS), database access restrictions, access log retention and tamper prevention
3. Physical measures: Access controls for server rooms and data storage facilities

Article 11. Privacy Officer

The Company designates the following Privacy Officer to protect Users' personal information and handle related complaints:

Users may contact the above for any inquiries, complaints, or damage relief related to personal information protection arising from the use of services.

Article 12. Remedies for Rights Infringement

Users who need assistance with personal information infringement may contact the following organizations:

Article 13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

When this Privacy Policy is revised, the Company will provide notice at least 7 days prior to the effective date through announcements on the Company website and within the Services. For changes disadvantageous to Users, notice will be provided 30 days in advance.

Article 14. Special Data Policy for Dobby AI Notes and Chrome Extension

This article establishes the specific privacy practices concerning the collection, handling, storage, and sharing of user data for the Dobby AI Notes service and its Chrome Extension (collectively, the "Service").

1. User Data Collection:
   • Account & Authentication Information: When logging in via Google Sign-In, we collect your Google Account name, email address, and profile picture URL to verify your identity.
   • Notes Content & User-Generated Data: We collect text notes, uploaded voice memo audio files, and their corresponding text transcriptions that you explicitly create or save.
   • Web Clipping Data: When utilizing the Chrome Extension to clip web pages, we collect the URL, page title, body text, and HTML content of the web pages you choose to save.
   • Technical & Performance Diagnostics: We automatically collect non-identifiable technical details such as browser type, extension version, extension activation state, and error/crash reports.
2. Data Handling & Use:
   • Google Account information is used solely for member identification, authentication, and secure session management.
   • Note contents and web clippings are processed to synchronize your data across multiple devices.
   • Voice transcriptions and summarization features are processed securely using Google Gemini API. This data is processed strictly for providing the summary/transcription and is never used to train any AI models.
   • Note data is encrypted and processed via our semantic search backend to enable the RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) chatbot.
   • The Chrome Extension only captures or accesses the URL and content of web pages that you actively choose to clip. It does not track or collect your general browsing history.
3. Data Storage & Security:
   • All remote data is stored securely using industry-leading cloud providers, specifically Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Firebase.
   • User preferences, configuration, and authentication tokens are cached locally in your browser using the Chrome Extension's secure storage API (chrome.storage.local).
   • All data transmissions between your browser and our servers are encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols.
4. Data Sharing & Disclosure:
   • We do not sell, trade, rent, or share user data (including Google account details, notes, or web clipping URLs) with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
   • Data is only transmitted to authorized service providers (AWS for hosting, Google Firebase for analytics/auth, and Google Gemini API for AI features) under strict confidentiality agreements.
5. User Control & Deletion:
   • You have full control over your data. You can delete your notes or request permanent account deletion through the Service settings or by contacting us at contact@dobby-canvas.com.
   • Upon account deletion or service termination, all associated notes, clipped web pages, and account details are immediately and irreversibly purged from our servers.

Article 15. Accounts and Data Handling for Ghost Hotel and Sunlit Catelier

This article establishes the specific privacy practices for the games Ghost Hotel and Sunlit Catelier (each, the "Game") operated by the Company. For anonymous accounts in the Games, this article takes precedence over the dormant-member separate-storage provisions of Article 3.

1. Account Identifier: An anonymous account identifier is issued on first launch, without any registration process. If you link a Google or Apple account, where offered by the Game, that provider account is attached to the anonymous account; the identifier itself does not change.
2. Deletion of Dormant Accounts: Anonymous accounts that have not been accessed for 365 days since the last sign-in are deleted automatically by the server.
   • Only anonymous accounts are subject to deletion. Accounts linked to a Google or Apple account are not deleted.
   • No notice is given before or after deletion. Anonymous accounts collect no contact information such as an email address, so there is no means of providing notice.
   • Deleted accounts and their game progress cannot be recovered.
   • If you do not want your account deleted, please link a Google or Apple account.
3. How to Request Account and Data Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and the data stored with it (withdrawal) in either of the following ways:
   • Use the Delete Account button on the Game's settings screen.
   • Send a deletion request by email to contact@dobby-canvas.com.
4. Mini-game Rankings: To provide mini-game rankings in Sunlit Catelier, the Company stores your account identifier, nickname, profile icon and frame, score, the time the score was achieved, and mode (Normal or Hard) on a ranking server operated by the Company.
   • The global ranking is visible to all users. For each daily, weekly, and monthly period, the nickname, profile icon and frame, score, and mode of the top 100 players are displayed to all users of the Game.
   • The friends ranking is visible only between users who are friends.
   • Your account identifier is not displayed to other users.
   • Retention Period: Ranking records are deleted automatically by the server one day after the end of their ranking period (daily, weekly, or monthly). Monthly ranking records, the longest-lived, are retained for at most about one month plus one day.
5. Information Deleted on Account Withdrawal: When you withdraw, your game progress, unclaimed reward mailbox, deduplication keys containing your identifier, mini-game ranking records, and authentication account are deleted immediately, with no grace period. If your ranking records are not deleted because of a temporary error, your withdrawal is still completed, and any remaining ranking records are deleted one day after the end of their ranking period, as described under "Mini-game Rankings" above.
6. Information Retained After Withdrawal: Deduplication keys and payment records used to verify purchases and ad rewards are retained in a form that contains no user identifier. Deleting them would make it impossible to block the reuse of receipts across accounts.
7. Retention Periods: Ad reward verification records are retained for 90 days; payment records are retained for 5 years as required by applicable law (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and tax regulations).
8. Advertising Identifier: On iOS, the advertising identifier is not used until App Tracking Transparency (ATT) consent is granted. If you decline, ads are still displayed and rewards are still granted in full; only personalized advertising is withheld.
9. Device Information: The bug report feature pre-fills device information (OS version, device model, memory, and similar) into an email body and hands it to your device's mail app. The app does not transmit it to the Company's servers; whether to send the email is your decision.

Article 16. Accounts and Data Handling for Dobby AI To-Do

This article sets out special provisions for the Company's to-do app Dobby AI To-Do (the Android, iOS and macOS apps and the web, the "Service"). Where this article differs from Articles 1 through 6, this article prevails for the Service.

1. Accounts: Users may sign in with a Google or Apple account, or start as a guest (an anonymous account) without registering. When a guest links a Google or Apple account in Settings, their data is kept as is.
2. Information Collected:
   • Account information: when signing in with Google or Apple, the name, email address and the sign-in provider's identifier. Guests use only an anonymous account identifier.
   • Content entered by users: to-dos (title, notes, tags, due date, reminders, repeat, checklist, links), groups, attached files and voice terms (the spellings of names and terms corrected when editing a to-do created by voice, and spellings the user adds; they can be viewed and deleted in Settings).
   • Settings: time zone, language, theme, notification and daily brief settings.
   • Device information: a push token and device type (iOS, Android, macOS, web) for sending notifications.
   • Usage records: last access time, number of AI feature uses, AI credit balance and transactions.
   • Purchase information: when AI credits are bought in an app store, the purchase token and product ID issued by the store. Card numbers and other payment details are handled by Apple or Google; the Company does not receive them.
   • App statistics and error information (Android, iOS and macOS apps): counts of feature use, such as creating or completing to-dos, and app crash information, collected through Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. They never include the content of to-dos and are not collected on the web.
3. AI Processing: AI features are processed by the Google Gemini API and the OpenAI API as shown below, and the following information is sent. The Company uses both APIs on paid plans, under whose terms neither provider uses this data to train AI models.
   • Create by voice (Google Gemini API): the recorded audio, the current time and time zone, the names of the user's groups and tags, the titles of recent to-dos, and the voice terms the user corrected or added. Recent to-do titles and voice terms are used only to transcribe names and terms correctly. The recording is used only to turn it into a to-do and is not stored on our servers.
   • Daily brief (OpenAI API): for to-dos completed yesterday and to-dos for today, the title, the start of the notes, checklist, tags, due date and important flag. A brief is made only for users who opened the app in the last 7 days, and if the daily brief is turned off in Settings, no to-dos are sent to AI.
4. Storage Location and International Transfer: Data of the Service is stored in Google LLC's cloud and daily briefs are made with the OpenAI API, so personal information is transferred outside Korea as follows.
   • Google LLC (Firebase, Google Cloud, Gemini API): transferred to Japan (Tokyo region — data storage and server processing) and the United States and other countries where Google operates (sign-in, notification delivery, voice processing, app statistics and error information). Items: the information in item 2 and the create-by-voice information in item 3. Retention: as in item 5.
   • OpenAI, L.L.C. (OpenAI API): transferred to the United States (daily brief generation). Items: the daily brief information in item 3. After the brief is made, it is kept for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring under OpenAI's API data policy and then deleted.
   • Timing and method: transmitted over encrypted connections whenever the Service is used (for the daily brief, at the delivery time each day)
   • Users who do not want their information transferred abroad may refuse by deleting their account; they will then be unable to use the Service.
5. Retention and Deletion:
   • When a user deletes their account, the account's data — to-dos, groups, attachments, daily briefs, AI credits and more — is deleted immediately, with no grace period.
   • To-dos moved to the trash are deleted automatically after 30 days.
   • The dormant-member separate storage in Article 3 does not apply to accounts of the Service; data is kept until the user deletes their account.
   • AI credit purchase history is kept in a form that does not include the user identifier for 5 years under applicable laws (the E-Commerce Act and tax laws), and is also used to stop the same purchase from being used twice.
   • A guest account can only be accessed again from the device that created it. If the user deletes the app or signs out, it cannot be accessed again, so please link a Google or Apple account, or delete the account, before doing so.
6. How to Request Account and Data Deletion: Users may request deletion of their account and the data stored in it (withdrawal) in either of the following ways:
   • Using Delete account in the Settings screen of the app or the web
   • Sending a deletion request email to contact@dobby-canvas.com
7. Data Export: Users can download all their to-dos as a JSON or CSV file from Settings → Export data on the web.
8. Browser Storage: The web keeps information in browser storage (IndexedDB and localStorage) to keep users signed in and to work offline. No cookies are used for advertising or for tracking across sites.
9. Contact Us: Contact Us in Settings fills the email body with the app version, device information and account identifier, and hands it to the device's email app. The app does not send it to our servers directly; the user decides whether to send it.

Appendix: Additional Provisions for International Users

This Privacy Policy takes effect on July 1, 2026.

This revision (addition of Article 15) takes effect on August 24, 2026.

ドビーキャンバス株式会社（以下「当社」）は、「個人情報保護法」、「情報通信網利用促進及び情報保護等に関する法律」等の関連法令を遵守し、利用者の個人情報保護と権益を保障するため、本プライバシーポリシーを策定・公開します。

本ポリシーは、当社が運営するすべてのサービス（ドビーキャンバスアプリ、滅亡した世界の神になった、非正規職皇后、「当ホテル、通常営業中」、ひだまりニャトリエ、Dobby AI Notes、Dobby AI To-Do、ドビーニュース、K-Pop News および当社ホームページ）に共通して適用されます。

第1条（収集する個人情報の項目および収集方法）

1. 会員登録が必要なサービス（ドビーキャンバスアプリ、滅亡した世界の神になった、Dobby AI Notes）

2. 会員登録が不要なサービス（ドビーニュース、K-Pop News）

アカウント作成は不要です。Firebase匿名認証を通じて非識別状態でサービスを利用します。ユーザーの設定および購読状態はデバイス内にローカル保存されます。

※ 「当ホテル、通常営業中」および「ひだまりニャトリエ」も会員登録なしに匿名アカウントで利用しますが、ゲームの進行情報は当社サーバーに保存されます。詳細な収集項目・処理方針およびアカウント削除の手続きについては、第15条（「当ホテル、通常営業中」および「ひだまりニャトリエ」のアカウントおよびデータ処理）をご参照ください。

※ 「Dobby AI To-Do」はGoogle・Appleアカウントまたはゲスト（匿名アカウント）で利用し、タスクなど利用者が入力した内容をサーバーに保存します。詳細な収集項目・処理方針およびアカウント削除の手続きについては、第16条（「Dobby AI To-Do」のアカウントおよびデータ処理）をご参照ください。

第2条（個人情報の収集・利用目的）

1. 会員管理：会員登録、本人確認、不正利用防止、カスタマーサポート
2. サービス提供：AIコンテンツ生成、ゲームサービス運営、ニュースキュレーション、パーソナライズ推奨
3. 決済処理：有料サービス料金決済、サブスクリプション管理、返金処理
4. サービス改善：アプリのパフォーマンスおよび安定性の改善、機能使用パターンの分析、新サービスの開発
5. マーケティング：イベント案内、広告表示の最適化（同意した場合に限る）
6. 法的義務：法的紛争への対応、関連法令による記録保存

第3条（個人情報の保有および利用期間）

当社は、個人情報の収集・利用目的が達成された後、当該情報を遅滞なく破棄します。ただし、関連法令により保存が必要な場合は、以下の期間保管します。

Firebase Analyticsのデータは収集日から14か月間保管されます。Firebase Crashlyticsのデータは収集日から13か月間保管されます。

1年以上サービスを利用していない会員の個人情報は別途のデータベースに分離保管し、分離保管日から4年後に破棄します。

第4条（個人情報の破棄手続きおよび方法）

1. 破棄手続き：収集・利用目的が達成された個人情報は別途のデータベースに移転し、内部方針および関連法令に従い一定期間保存後に破棄します。
2. 破棄方法：
   • 電子的ファイル：記録を復元できない技術的方法を使用して削除
   • 紙文書：シュレッダーで裁断または焼却して破棄

第5条（個人情報の第三者提供）

当社は、原則として利用者の個人情報を第三者に提供しません。ただし、以下の場合は例外とします：

1. 利用者が事前に同意した場合
2. 統計作成、学術研究等の目的で特定の個人を識別できない形態に加工して提供する場合
3. 事業の譲渡・合併等によりサービス提供者が変更される場合（事前通知）
4. 法令の規定により、または捜査目的で法的手続きに従い要請がある場合

当社は利用者の個人情報を販売、取引、賃貸しません。

第6条（個人情報の処理委託）

当社はサービス運営のため、以下のとおり個人情報の処理を委託しています：

当社は委託契約時に個人情報保護に関する事項（目的外処理の禁止、技術的・管理的保護措置、委託期間、損害賠償等）を明示し、受託業者がこれを遵守するよう管理・監督します。

第7条（利用者の権利および行使方法）

1. 利用者（または法定代理人）は、当社に対していつでも以下の個人情報保護に関する権利を行使することができます：
   • 個人情報の閲覧要請
   • 誤り等がある場合の訂正要請
   • 削除要請
   • 処理停止要請
2. 権利行使はカスタマーセンターのメール（contact@dobby-canvas.com）を通じて可能であり、本人確認手続きを経た後に処理します。
3. 利用者が個人情報の誤りに対する訂正を要請した場合、訂正が完了するまで当該個人情報を利用または提供しません。
4. 非会員（匿名認証）利用者の場合、デバイスの設定から分析データの収集を無効化することができます。

第8条（Cookieの運用および管理）

1. 当社は利用者にカスタマイズされたサービスを提供するためにCookieを使用します。
2. Cookieはウェブサイトが利用者のブラウザに送信する少量のテキストファイルで、利用者のデバイスに保存されます。
3. 利用者はブラウザの設定からCookieの保存を拒否または削除することができます。ただし、Cookieを拒否した場合、一部のサービス利用が制限される場合があります。

第9条（広告およびトラッキング）

1. 無料サービスにはGoogle AdMobによる広告が含まれる場合があります。有料サブスクリプション利用者には広告が表示されない場合があります。
2. リワード広告を視聴する際、広告の配信および効果測定のために、デバイスの広告識別子（IDFA/ADID）がGoogle AdMobおよび関連広告パートナーに提供される場合があります。
3. 当社はマーケティング成果分析のためにAdjust SDKを使用し、匿名化されたアトリビューションデータを収集します。
4. 利用者はデバイスの設定から広告識別子（ADID/IDFA）をリセットしたり、パーソナライズ広告を無効化することができます。

第10条（個人情報の安全性確保措置）

当社は利用者の個人情報を安全に管理するため、以下の措置を実施しています：

1. 管理的措置：個人情報取扱担当者の最小化および定期教育の実施
2. 技術的措置：ハッキング防止ソフトウェアの導入、データ暗号化（SSL/TLS）、データベースアクセス権限の制限、アクセスログの保管および改ざん防止
3. 物理的措置：サーバールームおよび資料保管室へのアクセス制御

第11条（個人情報保護責任者）

当社は利用者の個人情報を保護し、関連する苦情を処理するため、以下のとおり個人情報保護責任者を指定しています：

利用者はサービスの利用に際して発生するすべての個人情報保護に関するお問い合わせ、苦情処理、被害救済等について、上記連絡先にお問い合わせいただけます。

第12条（権益侵害の救済方法）

利用者は個人情報侵害に関する被害救済、相談等が必要な場合、以下の機関にお問い合わせいただけます：

第13条（プライバシーポリシーの変更）

本プライバシーポリシーが変更される場合、施行日の最低7日前に当社ホームページおよびサービス内の告知にて通知します。利用者に不利な変更の場合は30日前に通知します。

第14条（Dobby AI NotesおよびChrome Extensionの特別データポリシー）

本条項は、Dobby AI NotesサービスおよびそのChrome Extension（以下「本サービス」）に適用される、ユーザーデータの収集、処理、保管、および共有に関する特別な個人情報保護規定です。

1. ユーザーデータの収集 (Collection of User Data):
   • アカウントおよび認証情報：Googleログイン（Google Sign-In）の連携時に、ユーザーのGoogleアカウントの氏名、メールアドレス、プロフィール画像のURLを収集します。
   • ノートコンテンツおよびユーザー生成データ：ユーザーが作成したテキストノート、アップロードした音声録音ファイル（オーディオ）、およびそれらの文字起こし結果などを収集します。
   • ウェブクリッピング（スクラップ）データ：Chrome Extensionを通じてウェブページをスクラップする場合、ユーザーが明示的に同意して保存したウェブページのURL、タイトル、テキスト本文、およびHTMLコンテンツを収集します。
   • デバイスおよびパフォーマンスデータ：ブラウザの種類、拡張機能のバージョン情報、拡張機能の有効化状態、エラー/クラッシュレポートログなどの非識別技術データを自動的に収集します。
2. データの処理および利用 (Handling & Use of Data):
   • 収集されたGoogleアカウント情報は、本サービス利用のためのユーザー識別および認証目的のみに利用されます。
   • ユーザーが入力したノートコンテンツおよびウェブクリッピングデータは、マルチデバイス間での同期のためにクラウドサーバーに保存されます。
   • 文字起こしおよび要約機能は、安全性が確認されたGoogle Gemini APIなどのAIモデルを通じて処理されます。このデータはAIモデルの学習用には一切使用されず、処理完了後直ちに処理目的のみに使用されます。
   • RAG（検索拡張生成）チャットボット機能を提供するため、ユーザーのノートコンテンツは暗号化された状態でインデックスされ、セマンティック検索サーバーを介して処理されます。
   • Chrome Extensionにおけるアクティビティデータは、ユーザーが明示的に保存/クリップしたURLのみを対象として収集され、ユーザーの一般的なウェブ閲覧履歴は一切トラッキングされません。
3. データの保管およびセキュリティ (Storage & Security of Data):
   • 本サービスのすべてのリモートデータは、Amazon Web Services（AWS）およびGoogle Firebaseなどの厳格に管理された安全なクラウドインフラ内に保存されます。
   • ユーザーのログインセッション情報および高速ロードのための個別設定データは、ウェブブラウザのローカルストレージ（chrome.storage.localなど）に一時的に保管されます。
   • ユーザーデバイスとクラウドサーバー間のすべてのデータ転送は、SSL/TLS暗号化通信を介して安全に行われます。
4. データの共有および提供 (Sharing & Disclosure of Data):
   • 当社は、収集したユーザーデータを外部に販売、賃貸、共有することはなく、マーケティングやパーソナライズ広告の掲載目的で他社サービスに提供することはありません。
   • サービスの運営および必須インフラ提供のための委託業者（AWS、Google Firebase、およびGoogle Gemini API）を除き、いかなる第三者にもユーザーのデータを共有しません。
5. ユーザーの権利およびデータの破棄 (User Control & Deletion):
   • 利用者は、本サービス内の設定またはカスタマーサポートへの問い合わせ（contact@dobby-canvas.com）を通じて、いつでも保存されたノートおよびアカウント情報の永久削除をリクエストできます。
   • ユーザーがアカウント削除を要請した場合、または本サービスを退会した場合、収集されたすべてのノートデータおよびスクラップコンテンツは、直ちに物理的に復旧不可能な方法で完全に破棄されます。

第15条（「当ホテル、通常営業中」および「ひだまりニャトリエ」のアカウントおよびデータ処理）

本条は、当社が提供するゲーム「当ホテル、通常営業中」および「ひだまりニャトリエ」（以下「本ゲーム」）に適用される特別規定です。本ゲームの匿名アカウントについては、第3条の休眠会員の分離保管に関する規定に優先して本条が適用されます。

1. アカウント識別子: 初回起動時に、会員登録の手続きなく匿名アカウント識別子を発行します。各ゲームで提供されるGoogleまたはAppleのアカウントを連携すると、当該提供者のアカウントが匿名アカウントに紐づけられますが、識別子そのものは変更されません。
2. 休眠アカウントの削除: 最終アクセス日から365日が経過した匿名アカウントは、サーバーが自動的に削除します。
   • 削除の対象は匿名アカウントに限ります。GoogleまたはAppleのアカウントを連携したアカウントは削除の対象になりません。
   • 削除の前後を問わず、事前・事後の通知は行いません。匿名アカウントではメールアドレス等の連絡可能な情報を収集していないため、通知する手段がありません。
   • 削除されたアカウントおよびそのゲーム進行情報は復旧できません。
   • アカウントの削除を望まない場合は、GoogleまたはAppleのアカウントを連携してください。
3. アカウントおよびデータの削除請求方法: 利用者は、次のいずれかの方法でアカウントおよびアカウントに保存されたデータの削除（退会）を請求できます。
   • ゲーム内の設定画面にあるアカウント削除ボタンを利用する方法
   • contact@dobby-canvas.com宛に削除依頼のメールを送信する方法
4. ミニゲームのランキング: 「ひだまりニャトリエ」のミニゲームのランキングを提供するため、当社が運営するランキングサーバーにアカウント識別子、ニックネーム、プロフィールアイコン・フレーム、スコア、プレイ日時、モード（ノーマル・ハード）を保存します。
   • 全体ランキングはすべての利用者に公開されます。日間・週間・月間の期間ごとに、上位100位までのニックネーム、プロフィールアイコン・フレーム、スコア、モードが本ゲームのすべての利用者に表示されます。
   • フレンドランキングは、フレンド関係にある利用者の間でのみ表示されます。
   • アカウント識別子は他の利用者に表示されません。
   • 保存期間: ランキング記録は、当該ランキング期間（日間・週間・月間）の終了から1日が経過すると、サーバーが自動的に削除します。最も長い月間ランキングの記録は、最長で約1か月と1日間保存されます。
5. 退会時に削除する情報: 利用者が退会すると、ゲーム進行情報、未受領の報酬ボックス、利用者識別子を含む重複処理防止キー、ミニゲームのランキング記録、認証アカウントを直ちに削除し、猶予期間は設けません。ただし、一時的なエラーによりランキング記録が削除されなかった場合でも退会は完了し、残ったランキング記録は上記「ミニゲームのランキング」の保存期間に従い、当該ランキング期間の終了から1日が経過した時点で削除されます。
6. 退会後も保存する情報: 決済および広告報酬の検証に使用する重複処理防止キーと決済履歴は、利用者識別子を含まない形で保存します。これらを併せて削除すると、アカウント間でのレシートの再利用を遮断できなくなるためです。
7. 保存期間: 広告報酬の検証記録は90日間、決済履歴は関連法令（電子商取引法・税法）に従い5年間保存します。
8. 広告識別子: iOSでは、トラッキングの同意（ATT）を得るまで広告識別子を使用しません。同意を拒否しても広告は同じように表示され、報酬も同じように付与されます。パーソナライズされた広告のみが提供されません。
9. 端末情報: バグ報告機能は、OSバージョン・端末モデル・メモリ等の端末情報をメール本文に入力し、端末のメールアプリに引き渡します。アプリが当社サーバーに直接送信することはなく、実際に送信するかどうかは利用者が決定します。

第16条（「Dobby AI To-Do」のアカウントおよびデータ処理）

本条項は、当社が提供するタスク管理アプリ「Dobby AI To-Do」（Android・iOS・macOSアプリおよびWeb、以下「本サービス」）に適用される特別規定です。本条項が第1条から第6条までの規定と異なる場合、本サービスについては本条項が優先します。

1. アカウント：GoogleまたはAppleアカウントでログインするか、会員登録なしにゲスト（匿名アカウント）として開始できます。ゲストが設定でGoogleまたはAppleアカウントを連携すると、データはそのまま引き継がれます。
2. 収集項目：
   • アカウント情報：Google・Appleでのログイン時は氏名、メールアドレス、ログイン提供者の識別子。ゲストは匿名アカウントの識別子のみを使用します。
   • 利用者が入力した内容：タスク（タイトル、メモ、タグ、期限、リマインダー、繰り返し、チェックリスト、リンク）、グループ、添付ファイル、音声用語（音声で作成したタスクを修正する際に直した名前・用語の表記と、利用者が自ら登録した表記。設定で確認・削除できます）。
   • 設定：タイムゾーン、言語、テーマ、通知およびデイリーブリーフの設定。
   • 端末情報：通知を送るためのプッシュトークンと端末の種類（iOS・Android・macOS・Web）。
   • 利用記録：最終アクセス日時、AI機能の利用回数、AIクレジットの残高と取引履歴。
   • 決済情報：アプリストアでAIクレジットを購入した場合、ストアが発行した決済トークンと商品ID。カード番号などの決済手段の情報はApple・Googleが処理し、当社は受け取りません。
   • アプリの統計およびエラー情報（Android・iOS・macOSアプリ）：Firebase AnalyticsおよびFirebase Crashlyticsを通じて、タスクの作成・完了などの機能の利用回数とアプリのクラッシュ情報を収集します。タスクの内容は含まず、Webでは収集しません。
3. AI処理：AI機能は以下のとおりGoogle Gemini APIおよびOpenAI APIで処理され、次の情報が送信されます。当社は両APIを有料で利用しており、各提供者はその規約に基づきこのデータをAIモデルの学習に使用しません。
   • 音声で作成（Google Gemini API）：録音した音声、現在の日時とタイムゾーン、利用者のグループ・タグ名、最近のタスクのタイトル、利用者が修正または登録した音声用語。最近のタスクのタイトルと音声用語は、人名・用語を正しく書き取るためにのみ使用します。録音はタスクへの変換にのみ使用し、サーバーには保存しません。
   • デイリーブリーフ（OpenAI API）：昨日完了したタスクと今日のタスクのタイトル、メモの冒頭、チェックリスト、タグ、期限、重要の印。直近7日以内にアプリを開いた利用者にのみ作成し、設定でデイリーブリーフをオフにするとタスクはAIに送信されません。
4. 保存場所および国外移転：本サービスのデータはGoogle LLCのクラウドに保存され、デイリーブリーフはOpenAI APIで作成されるため、個人情報が次のとおり韓国国外に移転されます。
   • Google LLC（Firebase、Google Cloud、Gemini API）：移転先の国は日本（東京リージョン — データの保存およびサーバー処理）および米国などGoogleがサービスを運営する国（ログイン、通知の送信、音声処理、アプリの統計およびエラー情報）、移転項目は第2号の情報および第3号の音声で作成の情報、保有期間は第5号と同じです。
   • OpenAI, L.L.C.（OpenAI API）：移転先の国は米国（デイリーブリーフの作成）、移転項目は第3号のデイリーブリーフの情報です。ブリーフの作成後、OpenAIのAPIデータポリシーに基づき不正利用の監視のため最大30日間保管された後、削除されます。
   • 移転の時期および方法：サービスを利用するたびに（デイリーブリーフは毎日の受信時刻に）暗号化された通信で送信
   • 国外移転を望まない利用者は、アカウントを削除することで移転を拒否できます。この場合、本サービスは利用できません。
5. 保有および破棄：
   • 利用者がアカウントを削除すると、タスク、グループ、添付ファイル、デイリーブリーフ、AIクレジットなどアカウントのデータを直ちに削除し、猶予期間は設けません。
   • ゴミ箱に移したタスクは30日経過後に自動的に削除されます。
   • 本サービスのアカウントには第3条の休眠会員の分離保管を適用せず、利用者がアカウントを削除するまでデータを保管します。
   • AIクレジットの決済履歴は利用者の識別子を含まない形で関連法令（電子商取引法・税法）に基づき5年間保存し、同じ決済が再び使用されることを防ぐためにも使用します。
   • ゲストアカウントには、作成した端末からのみ再びアクセスできます。アプリを削除したりログアウトしたりすると再びアクセスできなくなるため、その前にGoogleまたはAppleアカウントを連携するか、アカウントを削除してください。
6. アカウントおよびデータ削除の請求方法：利用者は次のいずれかの方法で、アカウントおよびアカウントに保存されたデータの削除（退会）を請求できます。
   • アプリまたはWebの設定画面のアカウント削除を利用する方法
   • contact@dobby-canvas.comに削除請求のメールを送る方法
7. データのエクスポート：Webの設定 → データのエクスポートから、すべてのタスクをJSONまたはCSVファイルでダウンロードできます。
8. ブラウザのストレージ：Webはログイン状態の維持とオフライン利用のため、ブラウザのストレージ（IndexedDB・localStorage）に情報を保管します。広告や他サイトでの追跡のためのクッキーは使用しません。
9. お問い合わせ：設定のお問い合わせは、アプリのバージョン、端末情報、アカウントの識別子をメール本文に記入し、端末のメールアプリに渡します。アプリが当社サーバーに直接送信することはなく、実際に送信するかどうかは利用者が決定します。

附録：海外利用者のための追加条項
